STC retains the difference in cost of tickets when an exchange involving a downgrade is completed.
All exchange requests must be received prior to the curtain time of your original scheduled performance. Exchanges are only possible for a date or time change, not between titles.

Exchanges: Subscribers and Package Holders who can no longer attend due to illness or conflict should contact the box office to assess their options before the scheduled performance.

MISSED PERFORMANCES
Subscribers who have missed a scheduled performance may visit the box office up to three hours prior to an alternate performance date of the same production for reseating options.
Subscribers may request a full refund of their season package prior to the first performance of the season.
