For single ticket buyers, requesting an exchange includes a $10.00 per ticket exchange fee at the time of the request. If you do not have payment information already saved to your account, you may receive a call asking for payment to complete the exchange. You may also call us at (202) 547-1122 between 12:00PM and 6:00PM any day to complete payment. Failure to pay the exchange fee will result in your exchange request being unfulfilled.

For season subscribers and package holders, a request to exchange within 24 hours of your performance will incur a $10.00 per ticket exchange fee. Otherwise, it is free to exchange. If you contact us too late, or miss your performance, you still have the option for subscriber standby at another performance of the same production. 

For all buyers, if you need to exchange your performance the day of, the best method to ensure your request is fulfilled is to call the box office to exchange by phone. Day-of exchanges are available until close of business (6:00PM). You should not consider your exchange request fulfilled until you receive an email confirmation.
