FAQs

How do I find out more information about past giving and current donor level?
All STC donors have an online account that details your past giving and current donor level. You can log in: here. If you’re not sure of your login information or you forgot your password, please email SupportSTC@shakespearetheatre.org to get a link to reset your password.

How long am I eligible for benefits after making my gift?
Your benefits are active for one year starting on the date of your gift. Before the anniversary of your gift, you will receive reminders to renew your support and continue enjoying your benefits.

What if I would like to decline benefits?
Simply indicate on our giving form that you would like to decline benefits or include a note with your check. Declining benefits makes your gift 100% tax deductible. If you would like to decline benefits but have already made a gift, please email SupportSTC@shakespearetheatre.org.

When will I receive my Bard Card?
Within a week of making your gift, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital Bard Card into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. If you need any updates to the information on your Bard Card or would like to request a printable PDF, please email SupportSTC@shakespearetheatre.org.

Who is eligible for benefits in my household?
Although benefits are not transferable, we consider the primary residents of a household as eligible for the perks of your gift. All our special event invitations include two tickets. If you would like to update your Bard Card with both partners’ names, please contact SupportSTC@shakespearetheatre.org.

Can I make a gift in honor of someone?
Of course! This feature is coming soon to the website. For now, please include a note with your contribution on the online giving form or with your check. We will notify your honoree that someone has made a gift in their honor.
