1. Follow this link to access the Subscription Renewals portal.

2. Log in to your STC Account. You must use the email address associated with your current subscription or our ticketing system will not be able to find your renewal information. If you’re not sure of your login information or if the system cannot find your renewal after logging in, please call the Box Office for assistance.

3. Follow the instructions to renew your existing subscription for the 26/27 Season. This guarantees you can keep your seats for next season.

We can currently accommodate limited change requests online. To make any changes to your subscription that will result in a price change, please call the Box Office to process your renewal. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Final seat locations will be sent in the summer by mail and email.

Examples of change requests we can accommodate online:

• “Please move my seats more toward the center.”
• “I’d like to be on an aisle.”
• “I’d like to go on Saturday afternoons instead of Thursday nights.”

Examples of change requests that require Box Office assistance:

• Changes to your price zone (Labeled A, B, C, and D, seating zones are based on their proximity to the stage and the center of the house). Seating Maps: Harman Hall (Standard Configuration) | Harman Hall (Thrust Stage Configuration) | Klein Theatre
• Changes to your subscription level (moving from a 35 and Under subscription to a Standard subscription).
• Adding or dropping seats from your subscription.
