Shakespeare Theatre Company offers classes for youth and teens between the ages of 6 and 18.

Registration for Fall in-person and online classes now available.


Location
All In-Person Classes will be taught at STC’s Rehearsal Studios at 516 8th Street SE.
All Online Classes take place online using zoom.us

Virtual coaching sessions available by appointment.

Scholarship


In order to make our classes accessible to everyone, need-based scholarships are available.

Please fill out the scholarship application and email it to Classes@ShakespeareTheatre.org. Applications should be submitted at least one week before the class you plan to attend.

Virtual coaching sessions


Need help finding an audition monologue? Looking for feedback on your performance? Curious how an actor brings one of Shakespeare’s soliloquies to life? An STC Teaching Artist is here to help!

You can book a virtual coaching session—or a customized series of sessions —
by emailing your name, contact information, preferred meeting times, and goals for the session(s) to Classes@ShakespeareTheatre.org.

Coaching sessions are $25 for 30 minutes. Open to all students ages 9–18.

Refund Policy


If you are unable to attend a class for any reason (including weather), no refunds or exchanges will be provided. STC rarely cancels events due to inclement weather. If STC cancels a class for any reason, including inclement weather, we will email you. We will make every best effort to reschedule the class at a time convenient for the instructor and the majority of the students, but tuition is non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend the class as scheduled, please submit a written request to Classes@ShakespeareTheatre.org. 50% will be refunded if registration is withdrawn until one week prior to the first scheduled class. Starting a week prior to the first scheduled class, TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
